One of my favorite things I did over Christmas Break was watch two little boys on New Year's Eve with my best friend Faith. When we got there and when everybody left we played a lot of different board games with the boys, like Life and Uno. I lost at both. When we were bored with losing at the board games, we played the Wii. We played the games Mario Cart, which I also lost at, and New Super Mario Bros while eating popcorn, which I couldn't lose at New Super Mario Bros, because we were all on a team. We even played a game where we put ice cubs on our bellybuttons and see who could keep it there the longest! It was really hard because our bellybuttons went numb. It was a big tie because we kept it on there until it was all melted and water was everywhere!
After a while we realized we didn't want to be inside anymore, so we went into the garage and did really dumb dance moves while listening to music! We incorporated these moves into a game of Freeze Tag. Until we realized we were all pretty fast, we had to stop with the dance moves and just had to run our hardest. One of the little boys didn't know how to play the game, Freeze Tag, so we had to keep on stopping and keep on explaining the game to him. It was still a lot of fun though, and we kept on playing until we were all sweaty and it was almost time that the New Years ball dropped. When we went inside, we turned on the T.V and drank vast glasses of water until it felt like we were going to throw-up! So we just went into the living room and got the boys' beds made up for the night while waiting for the ball to drop. When it was twenty seconds 'till New Years, we started counting down the numbers yelling, then we used noise makers to celebrate the New Year. After it was over, the boys went to lay down while Faith and I watched T.V.
After a while, their parents got back and they took the both of us back to Faith's house, where we had to sneak downstairs into her room, because all of her family was asleep. After we got our pajamas on and got ready for bed, we played four games of Memory, I lost all of them also.
In the morning Faith's mom made the best breakfast, monkey bread. When we were full we played four more games of Memory and went outside on the tube behind the snowmobile. Faith's dad was driving and there was only on thing the both of us had to hold on too! We went over bumps, that almost threw us both off, and we would all of a sudden go flying around the snowmobile, being jerked every which way! When we were almost going to go off the big bump again, it died, the snowmobile died!
